It covers how to update content, navigation schemes, and style sheets, as well as how to administer and moderate the BEV in a Box Directory System.

Purpose:
This user manual was developed as part of my Technical and Professional Communication course at Bentley College. Its purpose was to allow Academic Technology Center web developers to more quickly and efficiently produce course web sites for Bentley College faculty.

Summary:
Creating a Web Site with the Cyber Template provides the directions needed to build a Bentley College course web site using the CyberTemplate. By following these instructions, the web developing process would become quicker and more efficient for web development workers. This instruction manual is intended for the members of the Web Development Group, current and new, specifically the HTML programmers who build the course web sites.

It covers the topics of connecting to Web-0, copying the template, obtaining the images, customizing the images, making new menu buttons if needed, customizing the HTML, and adding the information for the page. At the end there is a Troubleshooting Guide to help with any problems the user may run into.

This online help system and information plan were developed as part of my Advanced Technical Communication course at Bentley College. Its purpose was to assist Bentley College faculty with the use of ecourses.bentley.edu (powered by Blackboard 3.01).

The ecourses.bentley.edu Help System provides guidance for faculty members who wish to develop a web site for their courses. It gives instructions for creating a web site using Blackboard 3.01 from start to finish, including requesting an on-line course, customizing the web site, preparing an announcement, providing course information, providing staff information, adding course documents, providing assignments, adding external links, and modifying existing information.
