These six sites were developed in 2003 as a part of the Getting Rural Virginia Connected project, a Department of Commerce TOP program funded grant. All community web sites were modeled after the Blacksburg Electronic Village.
Getting Rural Virginia Connected
This site was the project information site for the Getting Rural Virginia Connected program, which was funded by a Department of Commerce Technology Opportunities Program grant. It fulfilled a requirement of the grant, and was developed in July 2002. Developed with: Macromedia Fireworks, BBEdit, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver.

Craig County Electronic Village
This site was developed during the summer of 2003 for Craig County, Virginia. It is the product of a partnership between the Blacksburg Electronic Village and a team of volunteer citizens. The site was built using PHP includes to make maintenance as easy as possible; this task will eventually be passed on to the citizen team. Cumberland: First for Independence
This site was developed during the summer of 2003 for Cumberland County, Virginia. It is the product of a partnership between the Blacksburg Electronic Village and a team of volunteer citizens. I was responsible for both the design and content distribution of this site. The site was built using PHP includes to make maintenance as easy as possible; this task was passed on to the citizen team. This site can be found online at http://www.cumberlandfirst.net. Dickenson County Electronic Village
This site was developed during the fall of 2003 for Dickenson County, Virginia. It is the product of a partnership between the Blacksburg Electronic Village and a team of volunteer citizens.
