Tele/Video Services Order Form

This was a services order form developed for Duke University's telecommunications department. It was a secure site and no longer available for viewing. It was made using Active Server Pages integrated with an Access database and run on a Microsoft IIS server. Developed with: 1st Page, Microsoft Interdev, Microsoft IIS 5.0

Customer Support Intranet

This site was developed for Duke University's Customer Support as an intranet site. I was the primary developer of the site, which uses PHP pages and a MySQL database running on Apache. It included a system for updating pages by filling in a web form. Because it is considered an intranet site and is therefore secure, a link cannot be provided.
